Yes! You can download the app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

You can enroll in-store, on the Vans Family mobile app, or on vans.com. Almost anyone living in the U.S. and ages 16 and above can join. No purchase necessary, and there’s no fee to join.

Not necessarily! To receive points for rewards and access program benefits, you must enroll in Vans Family. This is different than signing up to receive emails. Enroll here.

Points

You can earn points in four ways:

Make a purchase at a Vans store in the U.S.
Make a purchase on vans.com.
Make a purchase on the Vans Family mobile app.
Engage with Vans Family in certain designated ways.

Points will not be awarded for Vans merchandise purchased at retailers that are not Vans stores (owned & operated by Vans) or at Vans stores located outside the U.S. Points will not be awarded for buying a gift card, or for paying for taxes or shipping on a purchase.

You earn 10 points per dollar spent at U.S. Vans stores, on vans.com, or on the Vans Family mobile app.

You can redeem your points for a $ off reward at U.S. stores, on vans.com, or on the Vans Family mobile app.

If you join Vans Family after making a purchase, you have 30 days from the date of the purchase to earn points for that purchase (subject to validation by Vans). Give Customer Service a call at 833.652.3016 to help you out with your points.

If your purchase was not captured in your Vans Family account, you have 30 days from the date of the purchase to earn points for that purchase (subject to validation by Vans). For online purchases, call Customer Service at 833.652.3016 to help you out with your points. For in-store purchases, submit a receipt claim here.

Your points expire 1 year after they are earned.

Points show up in your account up to 72 hours after you earn them. For in-store purchases, points are earned at the time of check-out. For online purchases, points are earned when your order ships.

Rewards

There are four rewards available. You can select one reward to apply per transaction, provided you have enough points for that reward:

500 points = $5 reward
1,000 points = $10 reward
1,500 points = $15 reward
2,000 points = $20 reward

You can use up to $20 in rewards per transaction.

Merchandise purchases only. The amount of the reward redeemed must be less than or equal to the transaction amount. No cash value. See terms and conditions for more information.

You can redeem your rewards on vans.com, on the Vans Family mobile app, or at Vans stores in the U.S.

To redeem your rewards on vans.com or in the Vans Family mobile app:

Sign-in to your Vans Family account or complete your Vans Family profile.
Add merchandise to your cart and begin to check out.
In the payment section, you will see a Vans Family reward dropdown where you can select the reward you have earned based on your current point balance.
Select the reward and finish checkout like normal.

To redeem your rewards at Vans stores in the U.S:

Grab the merchandise you want to buy and head to the checkout counter.
Sign-in to your Vans Family account or complete your Vans Family profile.
Go to the redeem tab.
Select the in-store reward tile you'd like to redeem and show it to the store associate at checkout.
Enter the code the associate provides, click redeem, and finish checking out.

The Vans Family Reward is stackable with most Vans promotions and may be used with gift cards. However, there are several instances where a reward may not be used:

A reward cannot be used on transactions with less or equal value to the reward you are applying.
A reward cannot be combined with the 15% welcome offer.
In some cases, a reward may not be combined with promotions, as dictated by the terms of those promotions.
A reward cannot be used when OTW or Premium products are in your cart.

We're sorry, but no. The reward is only good for savings on your qualifying Vans purchase. It's not a gift card.

Yes, because your points expire. The rewards you have earned are based on your current point balance, and your points expire 1 year after they are earned.

If you make a full return of all merchandise from the transaction, you will be refunded all the points associated with the reward you used. If you make a partial return of select product from a multi-product order, you will be refunded points associated with your reward last, after deduction of all other forms of payment (e.g., credit card or cash).
